The predecessor of Qingdao Hitech Automation Instrument Limited Company was Qingdao State-operated Counter Plant. Up to this day, it has 46 years of development history and is the earliest factory that manufactured counters in China. Adhering to the development strategy of “persisting in scientific and technological progress, pursuing innovation and development”, it always regards product quality as the first vitality of the company’s development and the core of the market competition since its inception.
   In 2009, our company adopts the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and passed re-supervision successfully in 2010 and 2012.
Based on product quality requirements, we have established rigid quality management system. With respect to each link relevant to the products, our company sets up scientific and standardized inspection processes, strictly controls and checks on each link so as to ensure that our company can produce qualified products that conform to the product quality requirements successively and stably. Products that do not conform to product quality requirements are forbidden to enter the market.
   The company also sets up strict quality management institution as well as organizing quality training for staff regularly so as to strengthen their quality awareness. Furthermore, the company focuses on the detail. From a screw and nut to the entire machine, it is rigorous and meticulous as well as seeking increasing perfection.
On the basis of guaranteeing the product quality, we make the following commitments in terms of after-sales service in accordance with the procurement contract and technology agreement signed by both parties.
1. From the day when the product is sold, you can contact our company when confronted with any problem in using products of the company. In-time and detailed service are provided by professional people.
2. According to the procurement contract and technology agreement signed by both parties, if quality problems are resulted by non-artificial reasons during the guarantee period, we will provide warranty service and return& change service.
3. Under warranty, if quality problems that are resulted by the following situation emerge, we will provide compensable service: (1) quality problems are resulted by non-artificial reasons or other irresistible nature disasters; (2) Breakdown is resulted by misoperation.
