It is good for an outing in a sunny day. In order to strengthen the internal communication of the staff, and enhance their cooperative ability, Trade Union organized the staff to climb mountains, which was an expansion activity for team building, on April 22. On that day, the company chose the beautiful Erlongshan in Lao Mountain. With the warm sunshine, the staff temporarily forgot the tiredness of work, talking and laughing all the way. During climbing the mountains, all the staff encouraged and helped each other, and finally they reached the finish line successfully. Through the one-day tense and fulfilling expansion activity, the staff not only relaxed physically and mentally, got rid of the tiredness in work, but also promoted their exchange, strengthened group cohesiveness and enhanced teamwork awareness. All people agreed that they would apply this kind of spirit to their daily work, face their tasks objectively and appropriately, and do every job well. When the sun was sinking in the west, this team activity ended successfully in laughter.
