In order to effectively improve the production and working/ office efficiency of the enterprises as well as enhancing overall quality of staff, our company have augmented the executive strength of administrative provisions such as attendance, vacation and factory rules and regulations. On the morning of June 13, the human resources administration organized a monthly training “management standard” in No 1 conference room. The lecturer is the administrative director Qi Fengying.All department heads (office staff) and group leaders participated in this training.
     Main contents of this training include: management standard of labor, reward and punishment, employee compensation, employees’ paid vacation, employee training, labor contract, handover of the work when there is employee turnover, enterprises networking as well as the supplementary management method of staff’s business trip  and salary secrecy policy. At the beginning, Qi Fengying firstly elaborated the aim of this training to participating trainees and then the lecturer made a brief statement about the above contents according to the actual situation. The  sales manager, Jiang Xuesan, put forward several requirements based on the usual check and actual situations of the company.
    Sandals are forbidden at work in some shops/workshops, especially the machinery; workshop workwomen are not allowed to wear high-heeled shoes and those in machinery work must tie their long hair up; protective equipment such as masks and glasses must be worn at work; pay attention to prevent slippery in trolley class where there is much oil on the ground; the fire engine access is not allowed to be blocked and the fire-fighting equipment muse be fully equipped; summer has approached and people may feel tried easily, so fatigueless working is forbidden, especially the drivers.
At ten o'clock in the morning of June, 14, the company carried out an examination with respect to the training the day before. It was a closed-book exam. Each department all sent representatives to take part and there were 16 people all together. The average result was about 92.5 points and they were all qualified. With this, the monthly training “management standard” brought to a successful close.
     After this training, the staff has a more essential knowledge about the management standards of the company and become more confident to become an outstanding employee of Hitech.
