In order to further inspire the employees’ enthusiasm for the job in Hitech, strengthen the cohesive force of the collective and teamwork, and build a favorable atmosphere of corporate culture, the company held the whole staff meeting at 2 am on July 16. More than 120 employees from all levels of management and workshop as well as President Chen Yunfang, Vice President of R& D Wang Xiujuan and the Sales Director Mao Yongxi participated in the meeting.

In the meeting, the President aired her views on the current development of the company, and required employees in the workshop take a correct attitude towards the job, do their own job well, and guarantee the quality of products; employees should observe the company’s rules and regulations, abide by working hours, save energy, and create a united and harmonious work atmosphere; meanwhile, she suggested organizing matches, having an outing and other entertainment to enrich employees’ spare time.   

Sales Director Mao Yongxi stated the company’s development vision in the future: to be the best counter producer at home, and let foreign products lose market in China; to innovate and perfect Hitech’s production system; to set up a system that can meet customers’ needs in time, and keep an annual profit of over 13%; and to further improve employees’ treatment.

Employees in the meeting expressed their idea that they would work hard and steadily in the future, and contribute to the development of Hitech.
